Bruce is home!!

After a LONG 2 week sales trip he is home!!!!!  We missed him way too much, and everything is just better when he is home!  He flew in late Saturday night, so I put the kids to bed and then headed to the airport.  It was so good to spend time with him again.  Bristyn came in at 4 in the morning so excited that Bruce was home and laid in our bed watching him until he woke up!  We had to wake up bright and early and thankfully he taught my sunday school lesson.  I am so grateful he is home!

Bruce is 32!

Well my love is another year older.. and he was in California on a sales trip!  I was so bummed to be away from him on his birthday.. We face timed a lot thanks to modern day technology.  I am so grateful for Bruce and for the amazing man that he is.  He helps me so much, treats me like a queen.. and is the best dad in the world. My kids are obsessed with him!  I am so grateful I get him for eternity :)

Ostrich Festival

We went to the ostrich festival with my parents, and Justin's family and had a blast!  Only thing missing was Bruce..  The kids had a blast with their cousins, going to different shows.. riding rids.. eating yummy food..  It was a blast and we all left exhausted!

11 months

 I don't know how it happened but this little man turned 11 months..  Now that he is a full time walker he is into everything and loves it.. He climbs on anything that he can, and honestly thinks he is as big as his siblings.  He is the sweetest little guy in the world, and melts my heart daily.  He was the biggest surprise in the world, but I don't know what we would do without him!!  He makes our family so much better.

-eats almost anything you put in front of him.. But if he doesn't like something he will spit it out and refuse to let you try to feed it to him again.  His favorite is most fruit and a peanut butter sandwich

-has switched to whole milk

-says mama dada and ut oh

-likes to scream if his brother or sister bother him

-takes 2, 2 hour naps and sleeps through the night

-only uses a binkie to sleep

-loves swinging at the park

8 years!!!

Bruce and I have been married for 8 years!!!  Crazy how time flies.  It has been the best 8 years of my life..  We have moved 30 times.. have 3 kids..  we have had some really really hard times that have made our relationship as strong as it is now, and we have had some amazing times.  I would not trade the past 8 years for anything.  Bruce is one of the most genuine guy I know and I am so grateful he is mine.  I am so grateful for the father that he is to my kids.. Haha I blame my kids craziness on him, but I wouldn't trade it for the world!  Our relationship has grown and deepened so much over the past 8 years and we are truly best friends.  I would be lost without him!  We celebrated by going to Flemings for dinner (and it was pure heaven) and then goofy golfing.. It was a blast!  Cant wait for the next 100+ years (and eternity) with this man!

Bruce is leaving for 2 weeks on a sales trip, so we decided to spend some time at the park with the kids and it was alot of fun!  Bristyn ran around like a crazy lady in the splash pad and Bo would not touch it... it was pretty funny!  I am so grateful for family time... and I am also grateful this is the last sales trip for a really long time!

Benson and Brooklyns wedding!!

 Benson and Brooklyn got married and it was such a fun day!!  It started out with the sealing at 9:45 and Brecken watched all 5 grand kids at Benson's house.  Once the sealing was over we headed home for a bit and then had to be at the reception place ready for the ring ceremony.  Bruce was the best man and Bristyn was a flower girl.  After the ring ceremony there was a formal dinner, and then after the dinner was the reception.  It was a long, fun day.  We are so excited for Benson and Brooklyn :)
