the rest of February

My parents called me and asked if they could take the kids to the Riggs family picnic on Saturday.. I didn't want to take Brinkley because she is only 3 1/2 weeks still..  They could not wait to go, and had soooo much fun!  It was so nice to have a little break and to just have Brinkley for most of the day.  We went to the park a couple times to get our wiggles out.  Bristyn got her spring pictures back and they turned out as cute as ever, and her teacher sent us a cute picture of all the kids decorating Dr. Suess hats!   

the first 3 weeks

Our baby girl is 3 weeks old and it is hard to believe life without her!  She really is the sweetest, best baby!!  I am so grateful for the 4 beautiful kids Bruce and I have been blessed with.. RSV is huge right now so we have not gone anywhere because we don't want to risk Brinkley getting sick and having to go to the hospital so we have been home a lot.  I am going crazy so we have gone to the park a few times and play outside a lot!  The kids have been troopers.  They all absolutely adore their new sister and it is so much fun to watch.  Bristyn is having a hard time with sharing attention, but I pray things will get better for her.  I took her on a little date the other day and that seemed to help a lot.  I really am just so grateful to be the mom to these 4!  Still so crazy to be a mom to 4 kids.
