Denver Aquarium!

Since Bruce's little sister is here, we decided to go to the Denver Aquarium on Sunday, since it is Bruce's only day off!  It was actually really cool, and it was fun to get out and do something different!  The whole time I was there I kept thinking holy cow my nephews would love this place!  It is always fun to be able to get out and do something fun with Bruce!  And it was an added Bonus that Brecken was here with us :)  

Date Night!

On Saturday night my hot hubby took me on a fun date night!  We went to the BEST Italian restaurant I have ever been too.  It was seriously the size of a hotel, and jam packed!  Bruce and I drove around for a good hour trying to figure out where we wanted to go, and Bruce has heard amazing things about Maggiano's so when we drove by I said lets go!  I am sure glad we decided to go because it was delicious :)  Going out with Bruce is seriously my favorite thing in the world to do, he is amazing!  It turned out to be such a fun night!

Fathers Day

I just want to say Happy Father's day to the best dad in the world!  I love my dad so much and I am so grateful for all he does for me.  He has not only been one of my best friends, but he has been there to constantly support me and love me in all I do..  How did I end up with such a great dad???

My father-in-law is pretty incredible too!  I sure lucked out in that department, and I couldn't ask for a better 2nd dad!

I also want to say Happy Father's day to all the other great dads our there and soon to be dads, or future dads!  You are all awesome :)

What's New???

Nothing is new with us...  Life has been pretty simple lately..  I have to say, last week was extremely long and stressful.  I hardly saw my husband, and I was cranky a lot because of it (haha I'll admit it)  But Saturday came around and they got off early, and then I had all day Sunday with him and it made everything better.  I love that guy so much!  He just makes me so happy...

I am super excited because Bruce's little sister Brecken is flying into town to hang out with my on Sunday!!  She will be here for like 2 weeks and it will be a blast!  She will definitely save me from pure boredom.  I am also in the middle of making some super cute stuff for my new nephew in September, so it has been fun!  

Then I am sooo excited because I get to go home for our Riggs Family Reunion at the end of July..  I look forward to this reunion every year, and I was so sad I missed it last year, so I can't wait for this year!  :)  

so in conclusion...

I love my life.  I LOVE my husband.  I can't wait for my sis-in-law to get her.  I can't wait for the reunion.  I have so much to look forward to :)     

SOOOOO frustrating!

So I am so frustrated with technology right now...  like 3 months ago while we were in Coeur d'Alene my hard drive crashed.  When I say crashed I mean all my pictures from the last 5 years are gone.  I cried, and cried and cried.  Those were memories that I will never be able to get back.  Stupid me didn't have them on my computer, and I hadn't printed most of them so I was pretty much out of luck.  Around the same time this happened I got a new computer.  I was so excited and loved that computer.. Well you think I would learn from what happened and back up all my pictures and stuff that I have on my computer that is important to me.... nope.  Today my computer crashed.  (keep in mind it is only 3 months old) and I feel so sick to my stomach about it.  Like before I didn't have the stuff that I had on the computer backed up, and I am back at square one.  That's right I'm a dummy.  So today I went out and got a new computer (thankfully Costco let me return the old one) and trust me... This time I will back ALL my stuff up!!!

All work and no play!

Yesterday Bruce had to drive to Greeley, Co (which is like 1 1/2 hrs away) for some of his guys...  I knew he had a lot of errands to make, and would be on the road alot so I BEGGED to go...  After asking him like 150 times and giving him a guilt trip about how bored I get sitting in an apartment all by myself he said I could go, but that it would strictly be all work and no play.  haha I took whatever I could get!   After the daily meeting with all the guys, we had to go pick up some insulation and take it out to Greeley.  We are so busy now, and we have 3 trucks going at one time, and the truck in Greeley ran out of insulation.  After taking like 2 1/2 hours to get to Greeley because the traffic was so bad we finally got there and he made a bunch of stops.  He had to stop and measure someones attic, make a sale for one of his guys, pay a guy, etc etc etc...  So after about 5 stops and me sitting in the truck I realized I probably would have had more fun staying at home haha!  It turned out to be a fun day though because i got to spend it with Bruce.  He was constantly on the phone with one of his reps, his boss, or the technicians, but in between all that I managed to throw alot of water on him, take some pictures, and just enjoy whatever time I had with my husband..  I know I probably wont be able to go with him like that again, so I am very grateful he let me go this once!  Here are a couple pictures from our drive...
