we found some black raspberries!!!

Well we are in Michigan now and loving it!!! This is our third time here, but this time we are down south in a little tiny town called Milan.  Its about 30 minutes from Toledo, Ohio.  When I say small, the only thing this town has is a cvs and a kroger.. and then maybe 10 little restaurants.  We love it!!!  There are two pretty awesome parks in this little town and while the kids were playing at one we found a bunch of berries! After some research we learned that they are black raspberry bushes.. I didn't even know it was a thing!  The kids had a blast eating and picking them, and I am pretty sure they will every time we come to this park.  I love small town living....

Ohio and the 4th!

The kids and I have been having fun in Ohio.  We went to Chick-fil-a for lunch and a worker came over and asked if they could come make themselves an ice cream cone!  He took all three kids and helped them make their own ice cream cones for free.. I seriously love that place!  We have been in Ohio a few times and we love it because people love their country.  We have had fireworks for 3 days in a row.. and the kids are loving it!  On the 3rd we went to Lake Erie and let the kids play on the beach and they had a blast.  Brody gave us a little scare and fell in the water with a wave.. after that he wanted nothing to do with the water!  Scared me to death!  Our plan was to watch fireworks on the beach but it doesn't get dark until like 10, and the kids were exhausted so we went back to our hotel room and showered and the kids watched all the fireworks from our hotel window.  On the actual 4th we met up with JJ and Christanie and some other guys in the office and watched the fireworks with them.  It was a late night and the kids were exhausted but we had a lot of fun!  

Off to Ohio/Michigan

Well we were sick of being away from Bruce so much.. so the kids and I packed up and we are going with Bruce to Michigan!  We will only be gone for about a month, and we are excited to get out of the Arizona heat and spend quality time as a family.  Christanie will be coming out with their kids in a few days and we are really excited to have some friends out here with us.  The kids did amazing on the drive, and we are in Ohio right now.. We will be heading to Michigan in about a week.  So hotel living it is :)  Bruce made sure we found a good park the first day we got here so the kids and I will have something to do besides sitting in a hotel room and we have enjoyed the beautiful weather!  

June

June went by fast.. Rocky came for Poppys funeral.  We played with cousins alot while Bruce was gone on sales trips.. I moved the kids in my room to sleep and it was a big slumber party every night.. they loved it!
